“I bust'd my wife's window out her car bc of was very piss'd off!! They were professional & gud at wat they do. They were sent the wrong window so the rite 1 came n the nxt morning. My wife was there at 7:30 & it took 3-5min & it was n. It was a brand new window & they even took $100.00 off the price 4 the inconvenience. I'll def go bck 2 Ryan's Auto Glass 4 all of my window probs. They new wat they were doing and dun it very well. Evryone was xtremly respectfully & very nice n evry way. I'll recommend Ryan's Auto Glass 2 evryone I kno. I gratefully appreciate evrything they did 4 me. Also the way they treated me respectfully. They didnt have 2 but 4 them it wasnt just 4 the money it was like I was fam. I gratefully appreciate the time & effort they took 2 fix my window.. “UPDATE (1/27/24) Scott from service called and told me I was covered under the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. I brought it up there and said the power steering rack needed to be replaced. He hooked me up with a loaner until the truck is fixed. They made things right and I am happier now.UPDATE (1/26/24) Turning at a stop light, the power steering system went out and almost caused me to wreck! Called Terry and was given the run around. (They dont like to talk to you much after you actually bought the vehicle, it seems. That negates my original post about keeping "in touch".) Referred me to the service center but no one ever picked up. Numerous times. Very disappointed. Terry said they were busy so i will try again tomorrow but a very negative feeling overall. I purchased this truck less than a month ago. Thats not good. They've never let me down until now. Will update on what they say and adjust the rating depending.ORIGINAL: Bought my 2nd vehicle from them recently. They've never let me down. Always keeps in touch.”
