“Had a car crisis on Monday before New Year’s Eve and called Sean as a new customer. He wasn’t sure he could do anything, but referred us to a dealer. Went to the dealer and they wanted $4,000! Called Sean back and he said bring it to him. We got there right at closing time & he took his time talking to us about the problem and explained options. He even suggested going a route that took money out of his pocket to save us money - a refreshing experience! He was professional, saved us thousands of dollars (only paid $200), and even text a follow-up to check everything went well afterwards. “We where on family vacation in Southport.
Our handicap van started leaking coolant and we brought it to Joe & Moe on a monday afternoon.
Talked about the problem and they said they would fix it.
Joe called us Tuesday morning early that parts where ordered and he would work on it on Wednesday morning.
Joe called around 10 that van would be ready at noon.
They did a great job replacing waterpump,vacuum hose and new serpentine belt.
Super job and very honest pricing and down to earth people.
That is how it should be.

“I went to another body shop to have a service done on my vehicle, and was told that my power steering pump and hoses were leaking. I didn’t have any liquid on the floor of my garage, so I thought that was kind of odd. I took my vehicle to Don’s automotive to have things checked, and there were no leaks to be found. I appreciate the care that Don’s took of my vehicle, and for cleaning up the mess the other body shop made. The other body shop had overfilled my fluid and spilled it everywhere. The other body shop had also told me to bring it back in so they could fix the leak. I appreciate Don’s Honesty about the leaks, not being found. They could very easily have said the pump and hoses were bad, but they didn’t. They cleaned my vehicle up very professionally, and the service fee was very reasonable. Honesty like this is hard to find and I appreciate Don’s for their honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Hats off to him and his son for helping me with my vehicle. I can’t recommend them enough for your auto needs.”

“I had a popped tire, got the doughnut on and took it to walmart, no appointment because I actually called a different one and went to this walmart accidentally. Workers were very nice, and helped me as best they could. Underneath my car was super rusted where it wouldn't be safe to put it on a lift but they did still mount the tire for me for $15 which I think is a fare price. So I bought a better jack and put the tire on myself and the tire I purchased has great treads and everything was 110 and change after tax. So new tire and mounted it for that price for a sedan tire. Normally would be the price to install as well but nobody should be put in danger to install a tire. Great jack for only 33 plus tax as well”
