And oh my goodness, I will absolutely be coming back. The guy I spoke to over the phone making the appointment was very professional and got me set up for the next Monday, no problem. I dropped my car off Sunday night. I got a call at 9am Monday about the trip check and what all needed to get done. They answered my questions, broke down the price and the work requirements and the labor cost.... They made sure I felt informed on what they were doing to my car. And they went above and beyond! In the 11 years I've had my Honda, it's never run this smooth! My car was ready around 1pm and when I picked it up at 4:50, you could tell they were just so friendly. I talked with the guy at the counter about the car, he recommended a few extra things that they had seen but weren't mandatory and sent me on my way. Satisfied doesn't even begin to describe how happy I am with their customer service and work! In all the mechanics I've tried living down here... They are the best! “I went to another body shop to have a service done on my vehicle, and was told that my power steering pump and hoses were leaking. I didn’t have any liquid on the floor of my garage, so I thought that was kind of odd. I took my vehicle to Don’s automotive to have things checked, and there were no leaks to be found. I appreciate the care that Don’s took of my vehicle, and for cleaning up the mess the other body shop made. The other body shop had overfilled my fluid and spilled it everywhere. The other body shop had also told me to bring it back in so they could fix the leak. I appreciate Don’s Honesty about the leaks, not being found. They could very easily have said the pump and hoses were bad, but they didn’t. They cleaned my vehicle up very professionally, and the service fee was very reasonable. Honesty like this is hard to find and I appreciate Don’s for their honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Hats off to him and his son for helping me with my vehicle. I can’t recommend them enough for your auto needs.”
