Reasonably quiet and safe. Great location for reaching route 17, 4 miles to beach, halfway between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. Shallotte a few miles away. Close to schools. Neighborhood has mobil homes, single/double wide and modular homes. Low poa dues. Roads rough in a couple spots.

Stayed here on my beach trip, was developed and set up nicely. In a good central location, 10 mins to the beach, Sunset and Ocean Isle, plus only 30 mins from Myrtle Beach.
