Truist is known for its great and super friendly people. The employees and bank manager are very good, helpful, and wonderful. They are knowledgeable and provide a very good experience. Help is only a smile away, leaving customers with a good feeling. It has a history of great service, with some having a previous positive experience years ago and continuing as customers for many years.

This bank does well sometimes for a good while. But sometimes it can screw up what you asked for. They get confused with the order you want things in. Maybe they can't hear well through the window. But they always mess something up.

Customer service is a joke. Left several voice mails with no call backs. Ready to switch banks! Had Enough!
