Inside the building is so run down the carpets are disgusting The help is old crotchety impatient don't like their job. The clothes are for teenagers or very very old elderly weird store

Poor Service in my experience and opinion. I purchased several pieces of clothing as presents for my grandchildren. Upon wrapping the gifts we noticed a security tag was not removed from a pair of jeans. We had to drive an hour round trip to have the tag removed. Please note the alarm did not sound upon exit or entry with the tag? Upon arrival Monday morning a line of 12 -15 people at the checkout. After waiting in line no apology or consideration after removing the tag.

I guess rewards program means credit card to these people..got to the point where they were asking for my social security number for me to stop and say no, later realized the lady was trying to to sign me up for a credit card which she had not mentioned a single time. She never used the word card or anything remotely suggesting that, just said do you want 20 percent off for our rewards program I'll make it super quick give me your info. Slimy deceptive behavior.
