This summer brings us through the 3rd season we have enjoyed our pool. We want to express our gratitude and admiration for the superb job Art and his team at Carolina Creations did on our pool design and installation.Art was recommended by a friend/neighbor of ours. He came to our house several times to discuss layout, design, and installation. He was patient, thoughtful, and presented us with a couple of great alternatives for our project. We selected the one we thought would give us the most enjoyment. His design and suggestions were spot on!Prior to starting the installation, Art gave us a reasonable start-to-finish time frame for completion. We couldn’t wait, and even though Covid delayed our start date a little bit, his team kept to the time frame from start to finish. The finish date was Memorial Day weekend. He called it the “swim date”. Carolina Creations was on target!Art’s installation team was on-time, professional, and communicative. Their precision was uncanny from the exact depth needed for the pool to setting the pool in place. The attention to detail for all the piping installation was amazing. Their focus on every detail was something to admire. The crew that built the deck and privacy wall around the pool did a class-A job as well.Since then, the very few times we needed to call Carolina Creations, their follow-up has been professional, efficient and their response has been very quick.We fully and unquestionably recommend Carolina Creations.Services: Fiberglass swimming pool construction

This is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. They provided a full-service, turnkey project, including a new pool and equipment, electrical service, concrete deck expansion, drainage improvements, new landscaping, irrigation repairs and upgrades, lawn restoration, and fence removal and replacement. They coordinated all phases of the work, permitting and inspections, and completed the project on budget and in less than the scheduled time frame. I would highly recommend them for any of these types of projects.

We looked at all the local pool companies in the area before selecting Carolina Creations and we are happy to say that we made the right decision. Art Miller and his whole team did an outstanding job on our project. We couldn’t be happier. They were always there to answer any question along the way and even after a year they are still there with any support we need. Big thanks to our project manager Kirk for such an outstanding job and to Daniel for an amazing sod installation.

Art Miller and the Carolina Creations team absolutely nailed our backyard vision! Art listened to us designing our pool, terrace, and decking exactly how we wanted it with added insights to make it even better than we had envisioned. His team worked with us throughout the project ensuring it met our expectations. Brian kicked off our project with precision and expertise that impressed us from day one. Sergio and his guys did an amazing job with the coping and tiling... especially tiling the entire sun shelf! We couldn't believe how perfect all the small tiles aligned and fit perfectly. Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job with the sod, sprinkler system, and landscaping! Michael worked with us on the final project details returning several times to make sure we were happy. Response time if we had any questions was answered within a few minutes. Had our pool completed in less time than he initially estimated. We were on a crunch time for Easter weekend lots of family and friends coming to enjoy the pool. Pool was at temperature ready and we were swimming right on time! We recommend 100%! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They have great people working for them. James (the head mechanic) and Charlie are kind, efficient, great at what they do. We were stranded on the side of the road, and they helped us to change the most rusted out tire you can imagine in about 15 minutes. It would've taken us all day if we would have even been able to do it all. I can't thank these wonderful men enough!

We were delighted by the service and the finished pool that Carolina Creations made for us. Art spent plenty of time educating us and helping us figure out what we wanted. Also, the deposit was reasonable instead of the large deposit so many companies require to begin work. Ryan (the project manager) was always very accommodating and pleasant to work with. At the beginning of the project, he sent us a very comprehensive schedule and stuck to it, with only a few delays caused by weather. We knew how much everything was going to cost and when we were going to need to pay. Prior to sending an invoice, Ryan would call or email us to provide a thorough update on the project and what his plans were for next steps. We visited the worksite several times and saw that Ryan was a hands on manager and knowledgable professional. Our new Carolina Creations pool is beautiful and everything we wanted. Thank you Carolina Creations for doing what you said you would do for the price you quoted and for even finishing before our deadline!
