I am so happy that I have found CommWell Health. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Alan Ford takes the time to listen and explain all of my options to me. Also, the lady, Rosie, in the lab is so kind and understanding because I am very difficult to get blood from. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience, here. Alan Ford took the time and attention to hear me out. I have had a lot of medical issues the past several months and he was very attentive, not in rush, and answered all of my questions. Everyone was amazing. I will continue coming here and highly recommend to anyone.

I came for help with a mental health disorder I have been diagnosed with twice. I have adhd and it’s decently severe, severe enough to cause problems in my personal and work life. I was ignored on that almost completely and they kept coming back to depression from some survey they made me take. I also was very adamant that I did not like the of talking to docs because I’ve been given the run around before. So lo and behold, they did the same thing I was fearful of in the first place. But at least I have a prescription for depression meds. So when the overwhelming problem that I was seeking help for keeps causing problems and just gets worse, I’ll be fogged up enough to be slightly less unhappy about it. Guess it’s back to rationing my insulin and self starving so I can hopefully save enough in the next couple months to find a doc that will actually be proactive when someone’s trying to get help instead of whatever they tried to do here. They also have my name misspelled in their system, something they entered after I gave them my ID and filled out forms correctly. So even if I wanted to fill the script, I can’t because the names don’t match. If all this wasn’t actually happening I’d think it was just a cruel joke but here we are.

This doctor's office is quite possibly the most incompetent facility in the entire state of North Carolina. Between their scheduling issues and changing appointments without notifying you or without verifying that you were contacted oh, and the zombie like nature of the medical professionals who see you there is ridiculous.

My husband and I have both had issues out of the office. Not good.

Incompetent at best. Medical professionals they are not. They tried sooo hard to make me get the vaccine and argued incessantly when I refused. They're obviously getting kickback's from the pharmaceutical company. That was a few months back. Now they still require everyone to wear masks. F U Commwell. Shame on you people. You're a disgrace to the medical profession.

I have been upset about this sense August of 2021. I have always went to comwell the last few years. Over the years everything I seen Dr.Darlene Pressley I mentioned to her my hands and wrist hurt constantly. She always dismissed me and told me it was carpal tunnel. She never listened to me. I was even dropping things and she wouldn't listen. Told me to take some vitamins and use the brace on my hand. I kept telling her it wasn't carpal tunnel. She treated me like I was young and was just drug seeking (I'm in my 30s). She never really helped me. I almost passed out in her office one time and she dismissed that as well. She is a horrible doctor. Well August 2021 I started nursing school. My hands and hip started inflammation it was horrible. I couldn't even bend my hands. I was dying in pain. Dropping everything I was picking up. My hands hurt continuesly. Guess what I have rheumatoid arthritis. And the years I spent with dr.pressly She should had picked up on it. Now I'm on medications and also see a specialist. I will never go back to that office again. If your a young female stay away. She does absolutely nothing for you. Talks down to you and treats you like your there for drugs. She needs to go back and take some classes for how to treat her patients.

Who needs a Dr that is not available or act Ike they care about their patients when someone has had surgery and your supposed primary care doesn’t and isn’t available when you need them or your surgeons nurse calls to get a appointment set up . What Dr. , if you call them and tell them the meds you are on , are not doing anything to help you and don’t even bother to have you to come in and recheck you or change the meds ; I tell you who Dr. D Pressley. Stay away from this place.

To be able to talk to someone who knows anything is just about impossible. No matter what number you call its routed to the same ( quite possibly) the most underpaid employee ever. The Dr will not call back which leads me to believe that they are on permanent vacation or just do not care about their patients.

Make sure you receive clarification as to what insurance they participate with. I clarified (supposedly) at the time of scheduling. Upon arrival I am told that they do not except my husband’s insurance who is wheelchair bound. The careless attitude we received was extremely disappointing. Waste of our time.
