First time visiting since my usual salon was closed. The staff were welcoming, the space was clean and the pedicure was great. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I’ll definitely consider coming back.

I have been coming to LCN nails for about 2 years. I have never had a negative experience. I have always loved my nails. The customer service is excellent. Unlike other reviews state my nails have never chipped. I would 10/10 recommend.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I asked for coffin shaped nails and she kept filing them until they were way too short and almost to a point. When I said something to the lady she got upset and cut all the nails off and told me she doesn’t know how to do them any other way and no other tech there can do my nails to go somewhere else. Not to mention she was rough as hell too. My pinky was burning so bad when I left. I’ll never go here again or recommend anyone here

I went this past Saturday as a new client for a French manicure. She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted and basically forced me out of tips (a full set!) She put ONE thin strip of a white gel, quickly put ONE layer of pink and ONE layer of clear on top… AND THEN CHARGED ME $75 for a “full set” and looked me straight in the face when I said “I didn't get tips/full set these are my nails with a white polished streak on them” and told me “OH! I call that a full set!” WTAF?!?!
NEVER EVER EVER will I go there again nor will I refer anyone there!!!
And BTW 3 days later the thin white strip is already CHIPPING!!!
Literally within an hour of my review posting I received a phone call asking me to please come back in to correct any issues that I had! I went back in and she did my nails BETTER than I’ve EVER had them done… and I’ve had my nails done for 30+ years!!! They made me feel welcome and made SURE I was pleased with the results!! Thank y’all SO MUCH for responding to me SO quickly and for being SURE I was MORE than satisfied!! This is a LOYAL business with caring and dedicated, determined and honest ownership! ♥️🫶🏼

BEST nail salon around! I started going at the beginning of this year and I have not ever been disappointed! I decided to go out of my comfort zone today with a leopard print and I am soooooo glad I did! I showed Nini a picture and hers looked even better than the picture! 🐆 💅🏼 🥰

My family was visiting in the area and I was a little hesitant to get my nails done away from home. I was beyond thrilled with my experience at LCN Nails! It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and they did a beautiful job on my nails! Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely be coming back!
