I felt more compassion and care from Dr. Brenda Scrone than I do with my primary... she was very thorough, thoughtful, and genuine. The office front staff were friendly, quick, and it was easy to be seen after 5pm.

The extreme lack of medical professionalism exhibited by the staff at this location is enough to make the devil blush. Their bedside manner is so laughable it should be a skit on Saturday Night Live. Those in the medical industry should aim to help patients achieve healthy lifestyles, not shame and berate them. I hope a malpractice suit is filed and they all lose their licenses and jobs. It would be well-deserved.

Dr. Daniel Hall is a top notch Primary Care Physician. Thorough and well informed. Spends as much time as needed to fully answer questions and process. Highly recommend him.

I have never had a bad experience at Novant Oceanside but they seem to be getting even better with age! Dr. Weston in particular is the cream of the crop. I've seen a whole lot of doctors in my life and Dr. Weston is among the best! The whole team is wonderful. Always a great experience from beginning to end.

Had to use the convenient care twice over vacation the staff was as sweet and helpful as they could be. We were seen quickly, the first time the doctor was as pleasant and helpful as his staff. The second time the nurse practitioner seemed annoyed we were there, but we still felt the problem was taken care of.

BEWARE! They charge an astronomically higher amount than any urgent care. I was on vacation and came in with a sore throat and ended up getting tested for strep, Covid and flu. The first bill they sent me was for over $600 and somehow they never filed my insurance. After insurance was sorted out it was still over $400!!! That is more than our local urgent care self pay rate. The self pay rate for a franchise urgent care in Boone, NC is only $199. Make it make sense!!! There is another new urgent care right up the road. Go there instead!

Katy Johnson listens carefully and provides a very personalized plan of care. The lab tech was the best I’ve ever encountered- did not even know a needle went in my arm.

Best primary care I've received in my 71 years. Always responsive, gives you as much time as you need. Never feel rushed. Always provides great advice when needed. He listens!!

Dr. Chris Isenhour is a caring physician. He has a wonderful character and lots of caring ways. The staff is caring and helpful.Wouldn't go any place else.

Just had my first appointment with Jada Butler at Oceanside Family Medicine. I wanted to write this review because I could not be more pleased with my experience with her. Jada is very nice, friendly and listens to you. She doesn't make you feel rushed. I am so glad I found her and this practice as my husband and I moved to Ocean Isle Beach and really needed to find a good primary care provider. If you are new to the area I cannot recommend her enough.

The staff, doctors, and all healthcare providers are friendly, but above all else, they listen to your concerns. I have seen numerous doctors there & always received exceptional care. I highly recommend them for your healthcare.

Have had multiple less than stellar visits. One included being told "good luck" while I was having a panic attack and being told there was "nothing they could do, call your PC".But today really takes the cake when my significant other read the doctors notes in his Mychart and saw "Seen 2 years ago took the medicine and ran. Only came back when it was empty".Novant should really screen their employees better.

Nurse was rude. The PA Brenda just asked me my symptoms & prescribed medicine. I feel like I have Covid & they did not even mention taking a test. They refused to write me a note for work for tomorrow. I will not be coming back here ever again.

The actual conduct of all staff is great. The care is excellent. The problem is not enough time allowed for appointments. Expect to see your attending Medical person 1 hour beyond your appointment.

Staff is always helpful. Nurses are great and have positive outlooks. Dr. Isenhour is great … he listens and responds with appropriate comments and questions in return. He doesn’t leave a stone unturned. Thank you Oceanside Family.
