“We purchased a Blackstone griddle for my brother Inlaw’s birthday. After putting it together, the tray connecting the legs wouldn’t attach on one side. We went back to the store and a very nice man, Papa Joey, showed us the problem and how to fix it. Apparently, Blackstone grills have an alignment issue on the bottom tray and he knew exactly what to do. He was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond what he had to do as an employee of Tractor Supply. We greatly appreciated his kindness and speed at correcting our issue!”
