Prime Storage offers clean, secure, and affordable self storage units in a variety of sizes. The units and property are always nice and clean. Many locations offer climate controlled units. The staff and customer service are wonderful, incredible, helpful, and amazing. The process is quick and smooth, and easy to book online. They offer month-to-month leases. While some note prices increased over time, it is a great place to keep household goods if affordable. Prime Storage is a great place with excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
Had a great experience. Had my unit for 2yrs and they were beyond helpful when it came to payments and always kind. Thank you for helping me keep my things safe until I could bring it home.
