The store was very clean. Which is why I just gave 3 stars. I stopped at this store because I had 15 cents off gas. I'm not from around here and I didn't know where another shell was or I would of left. I let the cashier know I wanted to put my fuel rewards phone number in the credit card machine. She said ok but when I got to the option to use my 15 cents off she told me I had to select no. I hit yes as she was saying it it and I told her it was just asking me if I wanted to use my money off gas and she rolled her eyes and said "it's fine" and I could tell she was annoyed at the fact I used my money off. I don't know if she's just having a bad day today or what but I felt uncomfortable after all that and I'll never stop at that store ever again. A job is a job! First off there's millions of people who can't work and would be grateful to get the opportunity. Don't make your customers feel like they are doing something wrong and they are bothering you. Everyone has bad days but don't take it out on your customers. From the time I selected yes on the machine to use my reward she talked to me with an attitude and made me feel unwelcomed.

All the employees are nice and friendly and greet customers with a smile. The manager Shae is a great person with excellent management skills & a wonderful personality. The store is always clean and neat along with the bathrooms. It's also a great place to purchase lottery tickets.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION TO USE FUEL REWARDS AND PAY CASH. They have absolutely no clue how to authorize transactions properly. Don’t waste your time, go to a Shell that has more customer service experience. 10 minutes wasted and never got gas. Incompetent.
