“Such nice folks. I had over 5,000 miles on an oil change and was facing a 500 mile drive…they squeezed me in the next day, despite being extremely busy that morning.”
“The kindest man I’ve ever experienced at a mechanic shop. Had my 1 year old daughter & a tire with a screw. No other shop would help me. Highly recommend.”
“We use skips often constantly needing tires for our company trailers as well as company trucks. They have always managed to work us in and take care of us at all cost”

“After pulling into the campground here in Supply, NC after traveling all day from Mooresboro, NC I noticed my inside rear tire on my dually very low on air. I stopped in to Pates Tire at 6:30pm on the eve of Thanksgiving to see if they could help me out. Without hesitation, he told me to pull in and he’d take a look. 20 minutes later, I had a plug and holding air and on my way. Thank you very much for your time and great customer service!!!!!!”

“We have 2 older work vehicles so at this time we are purchasing used tires, even at one at a time, these folks didn't bat an eye to help me out today, I was impressed with their courteous manner even at the request of a single used tire, very reasonably priced too! First time in but it won't be my last.”
