TRUCKERS: TSC STORE 1973 AT 5100 MAIN ST SHALLOTTE NC. FROM BUS US 17 TURN INTO TSC DRIVEWAY TO GO ON RHS OF TSC TO PLATFORM DOCK IN BACK. TURNING APRON AVAIL. WHEN I GOT THERE I HAD FORKLIFT DRIVER MOVE SOME PALLETS OUT OF THE WAY IN TURNING APRON BUT STILL HAD A HARD TIME BACKING UP TO DOCK. FINALLY BACKED UP TO PLATFORM DOCK WITH LEFT TIRES ALMOST TOUCHING LEFT CURB. EMPLOYEE SAID OTHER TRUCK DRIVERS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT LACK OF SPACE TO MANUEVER. TANDEMS BACK TO UNLOAD. AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING. SWING WIDE RIGHT OR ELSE YOULL SCRAPE THE CORNER YELLOW POLE.

We purchased a Blackstone griddle for my brother Inlaw’s birthday. After putting it together, the tray connecting the legs wouldn’t attach on one side. We went back to the store and a very nice man, Papa Joey, showed us the problem and how to fix it. Apparently, Blackstone grills have an alignment issue on the bottom tray and he knew exactly what to do. He was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond what he had to do as an employee of Tractor Supply. We greatly appreciated his kindness and speed at correcting our issue!

Dusty and Joey were awesome yesterday helping me to purchase a fertilizer spreader for my tractor. They were knowledgeable and helped load the spreader into my truck. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to help me. Well done.

This is the 2nd time this store shows having a product in stock and I drive 20 minutes out of my way to find out they don’t have the product. I dont know if this is a store issue to update its website or what it is but its aggravating wasting my time . I guess I will have to call everytime I want to make an online order to make sure they have it

Absolutely the worst tractor store ever. I can never get a Gas cylinder filled. Just went to buy a 100 gallon cylinder they would sell me the cylinder, but Would not fill it. Never going back. The manager asked me to wait a while instead of just helping me

I stopped in to this location yesterday. We have a duck who has bumble foot. I don’t know what that is but was hoping the staff here would. I was greeted with a smile by Hannah who called for assistance. Dusty came quickly and we began the search for a product that he knew was on their shelves. He asked Krissie for clarification and we were able to find that product they were looking for. They also assisted me in finding some duck “treats” - who knew?!?! My experience here was so much more pleasant and profitable than I expected. These employees definitely went above and beyond. A+++

Went there for feed and they also had a huge truck they allowed to set up a table and tent to sell steak cases and big bags of shrimp... I'm always satisfied with this location but today was even better... steak and shrimp for dinner and feed for the chicks.. I'm ecstatic!!!

I guess this store is short staffed. They use to have so many happy employees, so much help & it’s gotten to the point where I don’t want to spend my money here. I drive to Leland. Cristal is very rude sometimes. 2 employees are always messing around with each other & unless you ask for help, they help you. Not sure what their names are. This isn’t my favorite store anymore. I use to come in almost daily for my needs, even just to look around. The store is a mess. Cashiers are always on their phones. I could go on about this store, but I think I’ve said enough.

I'm so suck of this place every time we come up here to get propane there always out so we call know to make sour thay have it but when we get up there at 8 thay till us that thay are not doing propane because thay are getting ready to close but thay don't close till 9

Love going to tractor supply in Shallotte and the new one off hwy 57 in little river sc or longs sc!! All the employees are super friendly an always eager to help and when you walk in the store they are super duper happy to greet everyone! They always have what I'm looking for if not they will order it and get it there in a hurry!!
