“Brought my SUV here to get a resonator replaced due it failing inspection due to it rusting and falling apart. They managed to replace it within 30 min and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will go back if I need muffler issues with any other cars.”
“I was stranded with my suburban on the way to Myrtle beach , broken rear pinion seal on the Highway .. slinging oil !! Was able to make it to Carolina tire in rocky mount NC . ! TimWas able to work me in and get me up and running again !!! The mechanic was awesome !! Sorry I never caught his name but he was very professional with his work and cleaning everything !!! “Even though there are automotive repair shops closer by here in Rocky Mount and perhaps slightly cheaper, I prefer Murray's automotive repair shop. I don't mind making an appointment, and at least they have a waiting area where I can sit and rest my aching back. They do very good work and it's well worth the time and money!”
“BROOOOO, THIS IS THE BEST SHOP IN ROCKY MOUNT. Power steering went out on my 2013 Chrysler 300C was thinking it was the power steering pump but took it to the shop to confirm. Glad I did, found out it was fuse. Saved me $500. Great car shop.”

“Our engine light came on mid trip up 95 and searched for auto repair places. We called and arrived 5 min later and they got us right in to diagnose the issue. Thankfully we didn't need a fix and we were on the road in 15 min and weren't even charged. Super nice people, clean showroom and bathroom, and knowledgeable.”
“The guys are the best all around.Stop in because instead of putting air in my tire ,I let it out at the gas station. These guys took care of the tire and didn't make me feel like the dunce I knew I was .Also checked all my tires made sure they were correct. “Brought my tire in to see if they could patch or replace. They checked it out, and it could be patched. They told me to give them an hour and 15 minutes. They had it done in 45 minutes and were super busy at the time. Very friendly and helpful with any questions I had regarding the extra warranty I had purchased previously. I would recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful customer service and non-pushy employees who are trying to make a sale.”

“I took my truck in for a front end alinement and it was worth it my truck rides and drives better than it did when I took it in there. I am very pleased with the service I will tell anyone to go there and plus they didnt tell me something I didn't kwont to here about my truck. the atmosphere was pleasant as well. I am glad I took my truck there”
“I've never had an issue at this location and specifically talking to the food court-- everyone that has taken care of us at the ordering counter has always gone above and beyond. May sound silly but when I don't feel like cooking, the hubby and I always go for a cheap dinner meal at Sam's- the pretzels are perfect and the pizza is fresh every time( because they stay consistently busy!) Now as far as the grocery standard...it's the holiday season as I'm writing this review so I think delays in service are not intentional at all. It's 2022 and places are still struggling to get fully staffed!! I have never had an issue though- especially when using Scan and Go!”
