Belk in Shelby is a solid spot for clothes, shoes, and home items with good sales and a friendly staff. Convenient location in Cleveland Mall with curbside pickup. The store overall is a reliable place to shop with great deals. The store was not busy at all when we visited it.

This was our first time in the Asheville mall. We couldn't get any help in the shoe department. The department was very busy and the sales persons were overwhelmed. They need more help.
