“Greg and Josh did a great job getting and installing my new sound system! Greg has the best prices around, he literally can't be beat. Greg and Josh are extremely knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions and they were always very nice, understanding, and patient with me. I'm sure that I tested their patience quite a bit but they were always top notch. Josh took the time to sit with me in my truck and help me tune the system how I wanted it and he helped teach me how to tune it if I wanted to change it in the future. There were a few complications along the way but they always worked with me and got it all figured out. I am very happy with my new sound system and I will not hesitate to go back to Sound Advice Custom Stereo for any of my future audio needs!”

“I love the friendship I have with the store especially with paisley, Bryce, and Keyshawn. Today I went in to friendly vibes as usual but there's this lady who I believe is the manager on duty. I can't help but feel a very off aura about her, she came out the back with a mean looking face and then walked back into the back. Paisley asked me a question to where I was giving an answer to the question asked. A little bit later I was told that manager asked me to stand up for the paying customers to sit which I complied but I didn't want to get my friends in any trouble so I told them I'll catch them another time. I asked for managers name and I was given her name. I don't know if something is stressing Ms Khadijah out but I hope and pray that her aura and mood becomes a bit better. She seems like a gorgeous nice lady once you get to know her. Hopefully me and her can also be friends as well.”

“I need someone to contact me! I have and have had a major issue not with the store customer service but I need a resolution soon!Best Customer Service I've ever had. OB and Jessica both did a superb job at not only getting us the phones we wanted but also in a great plan. A big SHOUT OUT to Jessica who definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. She even stayed late to make sure we were all set up and everything was set up properly! We weren't rushed and we were taken care of from the moment we came in until we left. She's the best.
