They never mind answering any of the questions I may have. These people are great.

I had to file a claim because a branch fell on my car. They were very friendly and efficient with getting me a list of body shops that are approved by them. When I had to extend my car rental, I just had to call them and they gave me 15 more days. I definitely would recommend this insurance!
