“Been going to this location since they opened. It was previously located off 74 next to the Planet Fitness. Anyway, we've purchased our baby chickies from them over the years and oodles of various chicken fencing, feed, pet food and all our other homesteading-esqe equipment to keep the animals happy.”
“This place was a great find! We originally went to the very large greenhouse down the road, thinking they would have vegetable plants for our spring garden. The large greenhouse down the road was extremely disappointing and sparse for vegetables. We left and found Olivers Hardware & Garden Center on out way back home. They had everything!! And to our surprise, they had asparagus shoots we had been searching for. Yay!! We bought everything for our vegetable garden, as well as some beautiful flowers for our flower bed. We will definitely make this our go-to for our gardening needs each year. They also have a unique store filled with just about anything you'd want from a hardware store. So definitely check them out. You won't be disappointed.”

“Manager had the dry mop and was taking care of aisle bunnies while the rest of the staff were keeping the sale items stocked and manning the register.
Even after the sale going in yesterday and today, there was still a good few sale items. Of course you have to come Friday morning if you want the total sale.
Harbor Freight has settled into an old friend with a great selection ready to support your body work, or tires on/off, or welding or any number of other specialties.
People poo poo the tools, but many of them have lasted me a decade under average use.

“The technician was professional and explained what he was doing. But after he took my dryer apart and replaced the part ,the next day when I was drying my clothes my dryer started making a loud knocking noise like the drum inside was hitting the side of the dryer. I called company back and explained what was going on, I was told that if I wanted a technician to come out to take a look at my dryer i would have to pay another service call fee. I have the monthly service plan which I pay $59.00 a month for. I don't see why I have to pay for another diagnostic fee when my dryer was not making this noise before he took it apart”

“HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! Bathroom redo was a huge success thanks in large part to WinSupply. Our bathroom was a total gut job, so we needed EVERYTHING. Lauren in the showroom was absolutely wonderful to work with and so professional, not to mention she has such an excellent eye for design and detail! When you are considering more than one option and having a difficult time making choices, she offers tasteful options to complement your project design. We purchased a special shower base with built in seat, vanity faucet, lighting fixtures, toilet, plumbing and shower fixtures and vanity hardware. From the manufacturer, the toilet arrived with a crack (after we installed), but WinSupply covered the cost of replacement–no questions asked. During the renovation, our water heater decided to leak, and the WinSupply plumbing and service department was able to order us one very quickly, so that we were not without hot water for very long. This was a big renovation for me, but I’m sure not a large project for WinSupply; however, I was always treated as a priority customer. I truly appreciated the special attention and service. I plan to do more projects in the upcoming months, and I will be using them again. Please do yourself a favor and stop by the showroom and speak with Lauren if you are thinking of a renovation. Or stop in and visit the supply desk and let them help you with your plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED company from a HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!”

“The Shelby Lowes FAR excels in customer service compared to the Forest City location BUT you really need to think again about putting those little older men out in the heat and loading area (garden area). Really, they'll hurt themselves or worse. Put the younger, stronger guys in the loading area....please! No disrespect to either but it's sad to see those older guys struggling so. ?”
