“I spoke with a young lady named Bianca (after quite a struggle with the automated process attempting to get a real person). Bianca gave me the info I needed, she was very pleasant & caring. Kudos to this young lady for her assistance so close to closing time. We need more people like her :)”

“I love visiting this Post Office. The clerks are always so nice and friendly. Never had a bad experience here at all. Last time we visited, the clerk gave my daughter a stamp coloring book which was so sweet. Definitely recommend for all your postal needs.”

“Clerks are very professional and helpful. Customer service is the best around! Joe and Dawn, along with the Postmaster Ms. Martin welcome most customers by their names and that makes us feel welcome.”

“I mailed a letter to my daughter who’s away at school. The letter was inadvertently directed to my po box, rather than to her address. (The machine that scans the address saw the return address first, because the return address is directly above the address on the mailing label.) The folks at the Lawndale po were very observant to notice and kindly place the letter back into the mailstream, rather than just stuff it in my po box. If I didn’t have Informed Delivery, I would have never known of their acts of kindness. It makes me wonder just how much they go the extra mile every day!”
