Multiple times I've come home and my packages have been left in very vulnerable places. My mailbox has been left open, packages have been shoved in and damaged, packages have been thrown everywhere but my front porch, tonight I get home and it's on top of my mailbox. I've already had to report this in January.

I spoke with a young lady named Bianca (after quite a struggle with the automated process attempting to get a real person). Bianca gave me the info I needed, she was very pleasant & caring. Kudos to this young lady for her assistance so close to closing time. We need more people like her :)

Spend more time waiting in line at this post office. Think I'll go to Boiling Springs PO next time.
