“The pick-up process couldn't have been easier. I got my truck and key and was on the road in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate PHN Services LLC making U-Haul pick-up and drop-off simple for customers in Shelby. Thank you!”
“Very positive experience. Very friendly people. I rented a car hauler trailer from this location. Thank you Lisa Hendrick for great customer service and helping me to hook up the trailer. Bryan Pearson Thank you for going extra mile in helping me to return the trailer after-hours which is unbelievable that there are people like them still exist. I would come back to do business with you again when I will need to. I really appreciate all your help and very best experience. Thank you. God bless you and best wishes in your business.”
“I popped in here this week just to check out the trucks for an upcoming move. The gentleman who helped me was awesome! Friendly, Helpful, and informative! Thanks again!”

“My first place I had reservations for a 16 foot trailer was closed and no trailer. After calling U-Haul they found another one and traveled 45 minutes away to pick it up. Had to have one and they made it good. Has to be a better way to keep count of inventory in their system. Just, next time I’ll call and make sure they really have it there.”
