“An older couple were shoe shopping being ugly and making demands cursing and being rude to the employees. My Husband and I shopping for his bday for church and casual shoes . We are having a good time as I'm off work for the week. I see a shoe that catches my eye I go up front where a young man is finishing up a sale, and ask if he can locate a shoe that was in the wrong place, as he finds it for me,the older woman proceeds to curse and threaten loudly that she is calling corporate because the young man helped us and not them. I told the young man thank you. He went on the aisle next to me to ask the couple if he could help. The woman was so nasty doing the most! I stopped her and asked ma'am what do you need help with in this shoe store the young man is here to assist you, and you're fussing and cursing? She then said I need a shoe under $30 in a size 10 for him( Husband). I stopped what I was doing to help find the young employee get some options. He was so relieved and thankful. My hubs walked out with 3 pairs of shoes and we gained three friends. The store was neat and the employees were very helpful!”
