This place gets 3 stars only because the staff member was super helpful and on top of everything, the company as a whole has went down hill and outsourced everything to where it is a constant transfer to get simple answers. The staff here though was amazing!. Verizon needs more people like the staff here.

I did not purchase anything the sales rep was fabulous, was very friendly and helpful. Her name is Joni, (I think I spelled it right, if not I'm sorry). Very honest and helpful in what I was looking for.
