My drivers license had expired without my knowledge. I was told I cant get my phone which I already paid for until I update my drivers license or someone else can come in & show ID . My son had to come in & show his ID for me to get my phone that I already paid for. Im extremely dissapointed with verizon. I also was charged with two phone cases. Since i ordered online & didnt realize it, I was told that I cant exchange it or get a refund in the store. I have to print out a label , go to the ups store & mail it back then wait 5-7 business days for refund..... Now verizon can take your money for a new samsung s24 ultra phone without any ID but refuse to give it to you without drivers license. I had forms, of ID they could have used & been a customer since 2000. Im extremely angry at how I was treated.

Came in a little before Christmas looking for wrist watch bands, stood there for about 10 minutes waiting on somebody to tell me they'll be right with me at which point in time I decided to go and browse what is around the store. No one made any attempt to help me. They all just sat there like mindless zombies who cannot see when a potential customer comes in. Will never come back in here for anything at all, that is not how you treat people in customer service some of these people might need to be retrained on how to approach people when they come into your establishment as that was not the correct way to do and conduct yourselves. Also don't bother calling, unless you have an account through them you can't get through to ask a simple yes or no question which is why I wasted wear and tear and gas in my car going here because someone wanted to set the system up in a way where it's impossible to genuinely speak to anyone and then it automatically hung up on me.

They weren't very helpful at all. They wanted to charge us just show us how to lower our bill. Our bill went up about $100.00. We came home and called Verizon customer service and they helped us. Come to find out the store had took miltary discount off. And then the employees at the Shelby NC just sit around talking while we were the. Why charge us a fee to help with our questions. Really bad store. We want be going back there again.

Absolute poor cell service at certain times of the day at this location, been with verizon for 10+ years with no issues until the past year. The service works for an hour and cuts out or extremely slow for the next hour, to the point i cant load a simple song. Their quality has been at a steady decline. I have not been able to load important documents from the cloud due to this issue and will move to another carrier. Talked to customer support and they said "due to an influx of people at the certain times, it slows down the internet", but have yet to do literally anything about it.

Poor experience been Verizon customer for 20 plus years. Individual we worked with told us our payment paid for our phone service nothing else. Certainly not customer service. I walked out after asking for a manager who did absolutely nothing to remedy situation. We went through with transaction simply because I did not have time that day to go to another store. I will go to another from now on. Sorry sorry service. Go to Spartanburg or Gastonia don’t waste your time here expecting to be treated courteously.

I need someone to contact me! I have and have had a major issue not with the store customer service but I need a resolution soon!Best Customer Service I've ever had. OB and Jessica both did a superb job at not only getting us the phones we wanted but also in a great plan. A big SHOUT OUT to Jessica who definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. She even stayed late to make sure we were all set up and everything was set up properly! We weren't rushed and we were taken care of from the moment we came in until we left. She's the best. Will definitely be going back to the Shelby Verizon for all of my phone needs or concerns. Thank you Jessica and OB for all your help!I need someone to contact me!

Really not even sure why they still have stores. They are absolutely no help when you go in and tell you they can not do something. If you have a corporate/military discount, they only give you 10% in store but magically get your 25% if you order online. They try to swindle you in to the bundle, which is a good deal if you want all Verizon accessories. If you order a phone, they will not transfer your information. All this just proves my point. What do we need statues for. They will add features without telling you (just happened to me) like insurance. Had to call CS to take it off. Went back to store to make sure it was off and the guy said he made sure he clicked decline. Must be a system error. BULLS. If you click decline, it will decline. Verizon has plummeted off a cliff with there in store CS and this store shows with the reviews. It is an absolute shame because I use to be a Manager of this store and we took care of customers. I will not step foot back in a store again. Now i guess the "Owner" will respond but nothing will make things better because it has happened time and time again. I don't even want a response, I want to let my previous customers know the truth. You have to even click on 5 stars to get to type this much then choose the star review you actually want. What a shame

Well I do love Verizon! We all know how it goes when you have a new phone and know one wants to help you! I've been there for the last 3 day's! But they have a nice clean place nice crew but when it comes to doing the right thing I think they just didn't want to deal with me! So oh well this is what you get when you don't want to deal with great customer's!!! But been with them for 20+ it's the only one that will work in My area!!

BE CAREFUL!!!! Took it back a day later than the return policy. They took the phone anyway. Told me u will get 2 more bills in the mail. Then I won't see anything. I went to pull a loan out a week ago. They declined it do to Verizon charging me for a phone i returned. I understand I returned it late. But u shouldn't have taken it back. Now I have a 800$ bill on my credit and no phone. These people are THIEVES. BE CAREFUL!!!! PS I'm goin to repost this every week till u thieves do something about this!!!!

I was a customer with Verizon for over 22 years. When I informed them I had moved to a new house and had no signal they said sorry. I left and went to T-Mobile where I know have 5g service. When I went in to pay my last bill they couldn't find my account. I couldn't access myverizon on my old phone either that had removed my account. After attempting 2 in store to pay my account I was stuck and aggrevated. So I gave up. They then turned my account over to collections. When I called them they couldn't find my account at first either. After the 4tg person finally tried to help me they found the everything even the cats on file for auto pay. And took care of it. So please stay away from this place if they didn't care about me after 22 years. They surely aren't gonna care about you
