They take advantage of seniors and don’t deliver on promises. If you bring your “brand new car” in to have a recall issue resolved, they will not resolve it and instead create another issue. DO NOT purchase a car from them unless you want to waste THOUSANDS of dollars

Great experience this morning at Classic Ford in Smithfield, NC. While I waited for my truck, Jamie gave me periodic updates. In addition, he kept me informed as to the price of the parts needed and total cost of service. Definitely 5 Star service today!

They sold me a truck with known title issues and tried to get me to wait it out. Was provided two 30 day tags and both expired and after 6 months of waiting and 4 months of not being able to legally drive the truck they were forced to buy it back. I lost thousands and thousands of dollars in the process and they lied to my face saying I would receive all the money back. They got the truck back in better shape than how they sold it to me! Place will literally tell you what you wanna hear and once paid they do not care about you. How hard is it to be honest and take accountability which they refuse to do both!

If this place could receive a 0 oh how quickly I would hit that button! My friend who has a BABY on the way purchased from the “dealership” Bought a Toyota in March/April from here. Signed all papers and everything went well. Well 3 months in no tags. They wrote him ANOTHER set of 30 day tags. We’re now 6 months in and still no tags. The mother of his unborn child got pulled over and come to find out they weren’t allowed drive the truck with a dead tag that the dealership provided them. Come to find out the truck is from Florida where the original lean holder went out of business. Apparently the dealership filed for a title for the truck in may which means they sold a truck they didn’t have the title to. The the bank who wrote the check to purchase the vehicle canceled the check yet he is still making payments? So moral of this long post is that no one actually owns the truck but the dealership is making sure they’re getting “their” money. This dealership is beyond a joke and I will make sure to tell everyone about the experience that happened here. ☺️☺️

One star can't even do justice, this dealership is to be avoided at all cost they say there with me trading in a 2018 Honda civic for a 2014 v6 challenger. The only thing that sold me was the continuous this is a "even trade". So I sat through everything me and my pops who was getting the car in his name. This deal I sat at the table and told them I owe 9000$ on this car so once this is all said and done I'll owe 9000$ on the challenger. They said yes. This statement was the only thing that sold me. All the meanwhile they repeatedly said there is no refunds once the sail is done it's final. Now with the purchase being complete IM PAYING A LOAN FOR 24,000$ FOR A V6 2014 CHALLENGER. They are full of crap and willing to screw anyone over for their own pockets

Went today to have the o2 sensor replaced, was charged 157.00 for diagnostics, even though I told them what was wrong and gave them the codes, hour later service advisor AALIYAH came back with a 543.25 invoice for the repair, I almost hit the ceiling , I have been a customer here since 2013, I told her I was not going to have the repair done that it was too much to replace a 60-66 dollar part I could have bought on amazon , they were charging me $227.71 for the sensor. judging from the reviews there has been a serious decline at this location with lots of customers complaining apart the repair service here, no worries I paid the diagnostics fee and left. on a another note I had a secondary reason for the getting the car repaired here, I came in with the intention to purchase a new car. all the salespeople were in their cubicles playing with their phones, i went out on the lot and wandered around the car I wanted to purchase twice, no one came out to greet me or help. management needs to seriously, check their people because you lost a possible sale and got a bad review. doesn't look good!!!!PS I showed the service advisor the yellow envelope with the $5000.00 down payment..... go ask her!081223Went to Durstsport VolkswagenOf Goldsboro, after leaving Classic Ford and purchased a new Mazda CX30, super happy with my new car , classic ford you dropped the ball !

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I cannot begin to explain the poor communication and service I received at this dealership. I have had to rearrange my schedule and my daughters schedule SIX times because the service department just can’t get right. Three diagnostics, two repairs for one issue, no one being able to fix the undiscovered second issue, can you come back to see this technician multiple times, no one knowing about anything and pure foolishness have marked my experience with a certified FORD dealer. I am extremely tired of “I am sorry ma’am” with only can you come back as the solution. My time has been devalued, my gas money has been wasted and no one can give me an answer as to why the right and left hands are disconnected. I spent four hours on Saturday morning to be told that no one knew I was coming and they didn’t know what part was needed or if that part hasn’t been located or ordered. And that was after the service manager told me to come for a quick two hour repair to what was a diagnosed and repairable issue. “Come back on Monday” is their response. No knowledge and a plan, just vibes. So the trip on Monday may be yet another waste of my time. Is there another dealership that is effective and efficient that can help? This has been frustrating to say the least and infuriating as a rule. And the only manager that has even tried to help is the service manager who didn’t put the alleged “this will take care of it” notes up for anyone that worked on Saturday. Which is the worst day to come since no one knows anything that day. They prefer you to come on weekdays when most people work. And that hasn’t worked either. I have been there on a weekday. And no loaners are available mysteriously. I have no words for this comedy of errors that is this dealership.Stay away if you want customer service that is responsive and reliable. This definitely is not the place.

My experience with Classic Ford was excellent. From my first phone call with Tabitha it felt like I was dealing with family. We needed to travel in from out of town and make the purchase before going out of town on vacation. My salesperson Bryant made it happen. He is a pro and answered all my questions. Bryant was very quick to respond to all my text messages which made thing go smoothly. Everything was ready to go when we arrived to sign the paperwork. We had a chance to meet Stan the GM which was a pleasure. He is the type of person you feel comfortable dealing when making a big purchase like a car. He presented us with options so that we still felt comfortable buying a vehicle within such a tight time table. We purchased the EXACT vehicle that we wanted, at a fair price, without any pressure. I highly recommend purchasing a from Stan and his team at Classic Ford. It was definitely worth the drive for my family.Side Note: My daughter is developmentally disabled and can be difficult to handle at times. When talking to Tabitha on the phone she encouraged me to bring my daughter along. EVERYONE at the dealership treated her like gold and she actually had a great time. That's what I meant above when I said it felt like they were family to us. We did more than just buy a car, we made new friends as well. I've never had that feeling when buying a car before.

Classic Ford was top notch in customer service. My husband reached out to them in regards to a new vehicle and they were courteous, had a lot of knowledge on the vehicles of interest, and made our purchase a quick and smooth process. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you like family choose Classic!

When I called the person that answered was very pleasant and professional. The young lady didn't put me on hold she got an answer for me immediately. The mechanic Ron was just as amazing. He knew what the issue was we were having just listening to our RV. Then he was even more amazing fixing the problem and getting us back on the road. Ron is an excellent mechanic and has excellent customer service skills. I would recommend Classic Ford service center to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Treated with respect from the moment you arrive to the moment you left. When issue arose everyone was calm, dignified & respectful. Sal in customer support is the type of person you want representing your company. London & Bryan each in turn showed great customer care & interest. Makes you want to return.
