I just wanted to say thank you to Everyone at the Classic Ford dealership in Smithfield,NC!!! The staff is amazing and I can’t thank my Sales Rep Roger enough for the time and effort he put into making it happen! Everyone put in the extra care for me and my whole family! I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my relatives and friends! Seriously have nothing bad to say about the Classic Ford Team!

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance, and I was delivered great customer service. Jamie took the time to explain to me what services I needed and those that I didn't. He saved me time and money by not trying to coerce me into getting unnecessary maintenance. I would recommend Classic Ford to friends and family.

My wife and I went looking for a small pick up truck at Classic Ford in Smithfield.
We met Alex Jones and right off the bat were very impressed and happy with his demeanor, politeness and professionalism.
After seeing what was available he told us about a Ford Maverick that was coming in a week. He reached out to us and we ended up buying that truck. We are so happy that Alex was our salesperson. Thanks for everything Alex.

Fantastic service!! Bryant was top notch customer service. Finance dept was great. Determined sales manager. Very helpful . Pleasure doing business. I didn't give 5 stars because of " unwanted add ons" fees. Beware of $500 millennium....it's your if you want it or not...
