“Great Store! We made a long trip to buy chairs and the assistant manager, Stephanie, was incredibly helpful with our purchases. When we got home we realized we forgot to purchase two matching cushions for our gliders. We called the Econ department and their response was amazing. Jay and Shana were very helpful and Ashlyne went above and beyond. She contacted us throughout the day and even searched other locations for our cushions. She found them and made all the arrangements to have them shipped to us. Absolutely AMAZING level of service. Have not had customer service like this in years! Will always make this a priority stop when traveling in the area.”

“I was In search of an oversized swivel rocker recliner.. What I was looking for I was having difficulty finding I went into the store Debbie said follow me went straight back to several different recliners and there was one that popped out to me. It wasn't the color I was looking for but it was a color I had used before in my living room and it didn't come in the color I wanted but the grey was beautiful and material is soft and it's a chair By Ashley and I got a discount beyond what I could have ever imagined.. The ladies were very polite and they knew what they were doing they had even called the owner to see about getting the chair delivered and I was offered a discount in the delivery fee also but we went back a couple hours later and I purchased it.. But she went above and beyond and so some of these other negative things that are posted on here I just don't believe them.. My experience was really great with them..
