This gym has a great atmosphere and a large variety of equipment. The steam rooms and pool area are nice. It's a bit pricey but probably worth it.

There are people of all shapes and sizes here. This is the only gym I've been to that is truly a "no judgment" zone!! Love the water classes!!

A gem of a health club. Lots of training equipment, lap pools and weights. Doesn't seem to busy most afternoons. I highly recommend this place

About HealthQuest Fitness & Wellness Center
A 35,000 square foot facility located inside the Johnston Medical Mall across the street from UNC Health Johnston. We offer the following features: indoor lap pool, warm water therapy pool, spa, group exercise and aquatics classes, swim lessons, cardio equipment, strength training equipment, free weights, steam rooms, racquetball courts, cycling room, full-time degreed and certified health and wellness specialists, licensed massage therapists, sitter service, nutritional counseling, and ActivTrax. We are a Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit facility.
