Hot Topic in Smithfield, NC is a one-stop shop for all things pop culture, featuring graphic tees, band shirts, anime merchandise, Disney items, Funko Pops, home decor, accessories, and collectibles. It offers a unique in-person shopping experience with plenty to choose from, including Sanrio items, foreign candy, and an awesome pin selection. The store is full of amazing, extremely sweet, helpful, kind, and awesome employees who go above and beyond, with great clearance sales. While some find it a little pricey, many feel it is worth it for the cottage core, goth, game, and various merch that supports personal expression.
I’ve been going to various Hot Topic stores since I was a preteen and now my teenager shops there too. This is definitely the nicest Hot Topic location we’ve ever been to!
