“I’m very pleased with my first visit to this pharmacy. Good customer service and reasonable prices. I went here out of frustration with one local big chain pharmacy for not filling my prescription with the specific brand I needed. I asked Carrolls pharmacy if they carried the Rx I needed, she immediately said “let me call our warehouse”, the other pharmacy said “I can’t do that”. Carrolls got what I needed within 24 hours. I am very grateful. I also like the variety of gift items they have here. Two rows of small toy items, a decent greeting card section with cards at $1.99!!! Nice to find a pharmacy store without overpriced items.”

“My parents have always gotten their medication here. We’ve typically used one of the “big box” pharmacy’s but after our daughter got the flu a few days before Christmas - Realo will be our pharmacy of choice! I had to go to 3 different places to get the kids Tamiflu in pill form and Realo took care of me in under 10 minutes. Even calling her pediatrician to confirm the dosage. This was much appreciated and I spent under $12! Thank y’all!”

“4/15/23: We stopped by to get a birthday card and gift card really quickly. This is our first visit here. Cashier was very friendly. It was easy to find what we needed quickly & the price was decent for the card. There was plenty of parking available. We were in and out very quickly. I recommend this location.”

“I have had horrible experiences with this pharmacy until tonight. Josh,Shanar and Jeremy went above and beyond. I called Walgreens home office and suggested they have people as dedicated as these three on every shift. Yes, I have had negative experiences with employees ofn this pharmacy before but these three made me see that maybe finding another pharmacy could wait.”

“I was able to actually walk in for my flu vaccine.. I left Walgreens today, because the pharmacist stated that I would need an appointment for vaccine.. It took 20 minutes total time at CVS for my flu vaccine.. So convenient! THANKS CVS!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. We used to use a different CVS pharmacy and they were really horrible. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all.Now that we switched to the one in Smithfield, we couldn't be happier. The first time we used them was to get our vaccinations. All the associates were very friendly. The pharmacist who gave us our shots was a real joy to meet and speak to. She was fantastic. This is what convinced us to switch to them. Now to today. Just after Christmas my wife and I came down with an upper respritory infection. My doctor called in the antibiotic prescription, but he sent it to our old CVS (you know, the one we hate). Well, true to form, they did not process the prescriptions. So, I asked my doctor call the prescription in to our new CVS in Smithfield. After I knew my doctor had called in the prescription, I called the pharmacy. Now, please understand that this was on New Years Eve about 2 hours before they were to close.I spoke to the Pharmacist and explained to him that we were very sick and really needed the meds. I told him I didn't want to be a pain but we would be greatful if we could get them before they close. He was so nice and very sympathetic to our situation. He assured me that our prescriptions would be ready right away. Now that's service I can respect.Every time we've been there all the associates and the pharmacists have been nothing short of outstanding.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.”
