My personal car broke down on Keen Rd, Four Oaks, NC 27524 around 6AM in the morning. Ironically, the manager’s name is Lloyd and the service technician’s name is Lloyd. Both Lloyd’s are phenomenal. Lloyd towed my car to the shop, scanned it, and informed me my transmission must be replaced. However, he gave me a solution that enabled me to drive to New York without having to replace it immediately. Thank you Lloyd, for your prompt response, professionalism, expertise, and not taking advantage of the situation.
