Their system or an individual confused me for a deceased person of the same name while trying to get a credit card to pay for things that were vitally important. Staff were generally helpful but the back office i was told would fix the glitch that caused it never did.

So sick of standing in line because every time I go in there there's only one teller. Today there was 13 people in line. I swear I'm changing banks.

2 weeks now do we even bother to complain Literally the OWNER is even emailing customers to show how concern and wants to know how they can help BS!! They care betcha it is all AI, lol think so .. there is a wells fargo 5ft from the ATM been 2 weeks stupid
