On July 28, we were in town for a golf tournament and our jeep decided it was going to start sputtering like a hot go cart with a lawnmower engine.
We already knew the problem but needed help with the solution. My husband spent hours in the parking lot replacing a coil that broke and the staff was wonderful, coming out to check on him, lending testing and tools, and expertise. They all periodically took time on their breaks to check on him and help fix the coil that had broken.”

“I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem. I already knew the cause would not be easy diagnose.
Cody kept me apprised throughout the process by phone. He is a good communicator! Told me the 4WD coupling needed to be replaced. I appreciate Greg and the team of Technicians working to find a solution. They got it done correctly. Car has been running great since then.
