“Today I went to the Carthage Advanced Auto Parts to get a new battery for my truck. I was helped by Aaron as soon as I arrived. After I selected the battery I wanted, he brought the new battery out and installed it. As always, installing a battery is free if it was purchased here. Aaron was very professional and thoroughly cleaned all of the old connectors and mounting bracket before installing the new battery. My entire time there was around 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this store.”

The counter man found a battery for my car and installed it in very short order. I learned that teachers receive a courtesy discount at Advance, as well. So, I am super pleased with my experience today.”

“Everything was great. Oil change and Recall servicing was completed. Part took a couple days to arrive so the service department provided me with a replacement vehicle which was very nice. Only thing that was not done was the wash/detailing. I was told that it be done prior to pick up, but that was not the case. Overall I was super pleased with my experience being a first time Toyota owner.”

“IWhile this place shares facilities with another car dealership, their service is far superior to that in Fayetteville. Firstly, the venue is spotlessly clean. Secondly, they managed to change the oil in just over an hour, whereas at other dealerships it often takes me at least three hours. Furthermore, they considerately provided updates about the progress while I waited. I'll definitely return here for maintenance and will recommend it to my friends.”

I moved into this area in 2011 and was gone for a bit due to Army orders. Larry and Ronnie made sure that all my cars kept running without fail. Brenda is one of the easiest people to work with. I trust them exclusively to work on my cars and to get parts. Often their prices surprise me as I expected to pay much more for the quality of work that I receive. Just so you all know I have a family of 7 with a total of 8 cars / trucks. They all go to B and L first without fail. Quality service, Friendly people and work you can bank on. It is nice to know that places like this still exist. After almost 30 years in the army I have seen quite a few auto shops and this is the best by far.”
