He took the time to carefully tape everything up, making sure it was secure. But what really made it was his personality he was so nice and genuinely funny, cracking jokes and keeping my spirits up the whole time. It felt like a friend had shown up to help, not just some random guy.”

He was a very kind older gentleman and he took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. I explained I was making a faux stained-glass window for my home.

“I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem. I already knew the cause would not be easy diagnose.
Cody kept me apprised throughout the process by phone. He is a good communicator! Told me the 4WD coupling needed to be replaced. I appreciate Greg and the team of Technicians working to find a solution. They got it done correctly. Car has been running great since then.
