SureStay Plus By Best Western Southern Pines Pinehurst is noted for its good and nice location, with plenty of restaurants around. The hotel is described as a nice place, very clean, with a very nice pool. The staff is very polite and nice, though sometimes can be rude. Check-in was easy and the lobby was nice. Some downsides include extremely small bathrooms, not enough towels, hard mattresses, and a breakfast that was nothing to write home about. There was also some trouble locating the place due to a different sign name. Many guests state they will definitely stay again.
Nice hotel with good rates. Pet friendly, $20 surcharge per night. Rooms could be cleaner. But i will stay there again. When I do I am bringing cleaning supplies. Desk staff are very nice and friendly.

black mold in tub and around toilet. Scary characters in parking lots. Never one refilled coffee service. No fresh towels. I had to call manager to break up a big fight next door.

If you book on Hotels.com it may be worth the price. Good for a nights sleep, beds seemed clean but the walls and bathroom didn't. Didn't get any pictures but just imagine kids with dirty hands touching everything. Black and brown spots all over the walls, stayed in room 117.
