Went to get paint yesterday and the young woman was incredibly rude and pushy. I asked for eggshell paint, when I did not take "her professional" advice to get a different finish she became very rude. Additionally she wrote all over the paint can "against associates advice no returns," in black marker and addionally markerd out all the barcodes on the can which caused additional issues at check out. Additionally' since Lowe's has a no return policy on paint that has been tinted anyway, this show was done mearly to embarass the customer and make your "paint professional" feel better about her self. This Lowe's has become very, very disappointing over the last few years. Will never ship here again

Aisle service by Kevin and self check-out service by Vince was exceptional. Both took the initiative to engage and then stopped what they were doing in order to assist. Friendly, courteous, competent, and professional.

We are new to the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area from SC and find the attitude of workers at this Lowes is terrible. So it’s either a collective bad group of employees or bad management. My money is on bad management reflected through employees who could care less if they help folks or not.The manager needs to be canned and fresh leadership brought in. One almost feels like asking questions is a wrong thing to do in this store. Wish there was a Home Depot closer than Fayetteville.

It's a shame the Lowes stores are associated with the Synchrony Bank credit card. I have had so many problems with the card over the past 3 to 4 weeks - having to call them at least a dozen times, had to travel 20 miles to the store on many occasions when my card wouldn't work for online orders, had to order the same item multiple times because of issues with the card. It has gotten to the point where it feels like they are harassing me. I've realized I'm better off just ordering online from Home Depot and cutting up and cancelling the Synchrony card.Update - I called Lowes as requested in their response, another waste of my time. Also, my final order from Lowes was a assembled and delivered Weber grill, it showed up unassembled, not surprised.

No customer skills at all! Three Workers stood in customer and looked at me didn't say someone will be you in a minute or did someone help already. 12/21/2023. This was my first time here the workers are rude I was trying to get a key made one person sent me down to row 14 no one was there. I saw a cashier I asked her was anyone working in that area she said the person might be gone already. I asked her could she check for me she had a attitude even though she made the call. Bad service!

Purchased a nativity set this past week and it worked one day. Lost receipt and when I went to return set for a store credit it was denied due to corporate policy. I didn't want the $95 back -just a credit. They could have scanned the QR code on the box to see it came from the store inventory as requested but Manager didn’t even tryMerry Christmas

We placed an order for same-day delivery (I would've been fine with next-day delivery or, heck, four-day delivery, but same-day is what was offered, so I paid the $100 for it), and 9 hours later, my product still hadn't been delivered. The updates all said "In progress" (including the automated phone message, which creepily knew who I was without my even saying anything), until finally, at 9pm, it suddenly switched to 'Delayed'. I called the store, got a (clearly new, so she's forgiven) rep, and no one could figure out where the driver was or why he hadn't picked up my order. The rep offered to patch me through to a manager, and I said that'd be great. Patch attempts failed, so I asked her if she could just wave him down so we could figure out how to refund my delivery fee. She apologized and said that he was busy with 'other stuff' like closing the store, etc. (NOT tending to a customer whose order the store had messed up).So, overall, SORELY disappointed with this store. Wow. I ended up just canceling the order since we somehow couldn't figure out how to just refund me the delivery charge, which means my project will have to wait even longer.How is it that this area has the literal worst chain store customer service on the planet? Nothing's as bad as our Walmart, but good Lord it seems like other stores have accepted the challenge to beat them for the title.Except Chick-Fil-A. Everyone should be like Chick-Fil-A.Do better, Lowes. Good grief.

Lowes is great. I visit the Southern Pines, Sanford, or Ramsey St Fayetteville locations on a regular basis. My only gripe is the pricing in the value section is non existent, confusing, and most items have no price tag. Staff has always been knowledgeable and ready to assist. The paint section staff has been awesome and Adrian in Southern Pines was wonderful when we purchased flooring.

Hey guys, how long are you going to drag your heels on getting in touch with the guy who while shopping in YOUR store has his car run into right in front of your main entrance and in full view of your CCTV camera? It’s been over 6 weeks now….. The driver took off, do you really feel it’s my insurance company’s responsibility to pay the repair bill when you have video of the incident? Would you keep that video to yourself if I was stealing stuff from YOUR store? I’ve given my contact info to your customer service reps on two separate occasions. I highly doubt they aren’t getting to mgmt. Someone on your end must have forgotten that Home Depot delivers to Southern Pines and so does Amazon…..
