Second time in two weeks internet down and get a text saying it will be 2hrs, at 3hrs get another text saying they don't know when it will be back up. 2 weeks ago it was down 5p-3a, today 2p-well it is 645p and still not up. About to just spend the extra $40 a month and get Starlink, now there is another option than Spectrum. Thankfully there is now another option for folks in rural areas to get internet.Edit: service restored at 10p, so only 6hrs later than originally stated and a total of 10hrs without service.Edit:12/02/2023 - Guess what out again.

In whispering pines the internet goes out every other day. The field representatives do try to help, but they are backlogged and under budget… the customer service is hot garbage.

Very nice store , but the associate was not friendly, a seemed like he didn't want to be there, or he thinks a was to much trouble for him to attend a customer. Not a good experience.

YOUR MANAGER STRAIGHT LIED TO MY FACE! I HATE THAT I LIVE IN A RURAL AREA AND THAT SPECTRUM INTERNET IS BASICALLY MY ONLY OPTION RIGHT NOW. I WENT TO THIS STORE BASICALLY BEGGING FOR HELP BECAUSE I'VE HAD SPECTRUM FOR OVER A YEAR AT MY CURRENT RESIDENCE AND I HAVE CONTINUED TO HAVE INTERMEDIATE INTERNET FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS NOW! HOWEVER I STILL HAVE TO PAY 142 FREAKING DOLLARS EVERY MONTH FOR S*** SERVICE! CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME TO BRING MY MODEM TO THIS LOCATION AND SWITCH IT OUT FOR A NEW ONE AND THAT IT WOULD FIX MY INTERNET. I DID THIS AND THE MANAGER SAID THAT HE WOULD ALSO CALL ME WITHIN A FEW DAYS ABOUT A NEW TICKET HE PUT IN TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT LOOKED OVE BY UPPER MANAGEMENT. HE LIED TO ME AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK, HE DID NOT PUT IN A TICKET BECAUSE WHEN I HAD TO FOLLOW UP TWO WEEKS LATER I WAS TOLD THAT NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE AT THAT STORE. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS RESOLVED AND I HAVE STILL CONTINUED TO HAVE INTERMEDIATE INTERNET!!!

Had a great experience with Spectrum.Wasn't able to start up internet, due to cable being turned off previous to our moving in. Called them and got a tech (Cameron) out 3 hours later (same day!) to fix our issues. He worked for 3 hours and addressed all our concerns, he really went above and beyond.

You can't call them directly, because Spectrum doesn't hire enough folks to man their stores. They expect you - the customer - to go on line to find the answers to your questions. Your time is not valuable to the corporate office but the on-site staff was great.

Horrible service I would not recommend this location at all! Laura was rude and chose not help us so we sat there for about 30 minutes before finally saying forget it and walking out. I honestly don’t think we will ever be going back there to that location again.

I brought two routers to the store, one of which needed to be returned. One had a 'call 611 with any issues;, and the other had no extra labeling. The salesperson told me the wrong router was the one which I needed to send back, even though I questioned him about it. Now I have to go back to the UPS store, retrieve the box, and resend. Obviously staff has time to stand around doing nothing vs. getting educated about their job.

Great customer today! Thanks to Merlin who assisted us from 10:30 AM until we completed at 6:30PM. We had issues with our previous carrier in getting the information we needed to transfer our numbers. Merlin continually came up with suggestions even calling us at home when he had a new idea. It all worked and his attitude never wavered. Thanks again!

Can’t give them 0 so I had to give them a 1. I scheduled an appointment for 6:00 to only arrive and the store be locked. But this isn’t the best part , everyone was sitting down looking at me and no one got up to unlock the door. Very Unprofessional, Id rather use the Fayetteville location ……
