Amazing place. Historic and beautifully decorated. The room was amazing and large with a comfy seating area and all the right touches. 4pm wine and cheese, a kitchen stocked with alcohol, coffe and water. The pool area was so peaceful. Close to everything and the hosts were amazing. Can't wait to come back.

AMAZING! My mom and I drove to Southport for a quick mother daughter get away and Captain Newtons Inn was the most perfect place to stay. Location is incredible and the house and rooms were extra cozy. Everyone we encountered were so kind. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will absolutely be back!

Terrific location near waterfront dining. Owners are super friendly and responsive. Our room (Indian Oak Room) was spacious and well appointed. The shower was nicely done. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was a highlight. The area around it felt like our own private oasis. Highly recommended!
