“On 12/16..around 1:30, the long lines ran outside the UPS store in Oak Island . Probably 9-10 in line. At 2:02 , I finally made it to the front of the line .I noticed Kendrick as the one in charge …handling multiple questions and issues with others . My Amazon return among them ….and of course , issues arose with my return.Yikes ! It took another 15 minutes…give or take …before my Amazon return was completed. Kendrick…hopefully have name correct….managed like master juggler….NOT EXAGGERATING! Because he kept calm, showed respect to others, was efficient!Carlos ….this is what true customer service looks like. Reward Kendrick …he’s a building block ??”
