“On 12/16..around 1:30, the long lines ran outside the UPS store in Oak Island . Probably 9-10 in line. At 2:02 , I finally made it to the front of the line .I noticed Kendrick as the one in charge …handling multiple questions and issues with others . My Amazon return among them ….and of course , issues arose with my return.Yikes ! It took another 15 minutes…give or take …before my Amazon return was completed. Kendrick…hopefully have name correct….managed like master juggler….NOT EXAGGERATING! Because he kept calm, showed respect to others, was efficient!Carlos ….this is what true customer service looks like. Reward Kendrick …he’s a building block ??”

“A Great Place to Print!!!I was planning to print a baby shower stationary set at UPS but the turn around time was 24 hours. I called River Run Pack and Ship 1 hour before they closed on a Saturday and they printed my order in less time than it took me to drive there. To top that off, the print job cost $20 less than it would have at UPS. River Run Pack and Ship has excellent reliable service and their employees are very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!”
