“For years I've been bringing my recyclable bubble wrap and cellulose peanuts and Styrofoam blocks and peanuts here to be upcycled. I keep them dry and clean so that I can recycle them or upcycled them because styrofoam actually destroys the environment as well as our health, but now they don't take large styrofoam blocks and I don't think anyone in North Carolina cares about the environment anymore. However you can get copies of your blueprints here for a pretty good price so there's that.
I'm very thankful for the information on where I can upcycle that block styrofoam that I'm always getting upcycle that block styrofoam. Obviously this place has superb customer service!”

“Personalized service. I am 79 but for my age I'm pretty good with digital devices. I needed to print several copies of a critical legal document I had already generated on my digital device and really needed to get it right. There were obstacles that I just couldn't get right. Carlos R. and Elizabeth both assisted me. Due to my shortcomings it took us a little while. They were both patient, tolerant and understanding with me and together we were able to successfully print the document. For that experience I rate them a 10 out of 10.”
