“I recently joined the Credit Union and am so thankful for all of Ashley's help. She knows her stuff, is amazingly efficient, and has helped me so much - she is literally a banking genius. I’m a little high maintenance and am the type of customer that has 50,000 questions - and if she doesn’t know the answer off the top of her head she researches it and follows up with me. Looking forward to a long and beneficial relationship with SECU!”

“Here’s a big shout out to the ladies who work at this bank! A big thank you to you all . My husband I were traveling back from a week in the mountains , in our truck pulling our Airstream camper. We got a flat tire, on the truck, in Sparta, and pulled into the Fifth Third Bank parking lot. 90 degree heat and a non cooperative spare tire. Within 15 minutes a lovely employee emerged with name and phone numbers of garages that could help us. Another 15 minutes later , a second equally kind employee brought us cold water bottles. How incredibly nice. We were on our way shortly thereafter but I felt the need to thank them and to let the management know. Thanks again, ladies. Good people up there in Sparta.”

“Tiffany Johnson is absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful trying to open multiple accounts. She remained diligent throughout the process and kept me up to date. Extremely professional, courteous and attentive. Highly recommend.”
