“The staff at the Galax VA branch make doing business with Carter Bank easy and a pleasure. Although I live 2 hours from the Galax branch, I choose to bank with them because of the excellent service and their proactive approach to inform me of current rate changes, etc. I want to personally send a “ Thank you” to Stefoni at the Galax Branch for her attention during my most recent transaction which she completed efficiently and accurately! Please don’t change the way you do business.”

“The staff was helpful. My questions were answered and my problems were solved without much fuss. I wish they had an ATM inside though, walking through the drive-through is awkward.”

“Bank of choice, free checking if you're under 24. Great system for starting a credit card too. The staff here are very polite, consistent and fast as they can be. Any issue I've had was easily taken care of with no hassle.”
