“Needed an inverter since my generator wouldn't work. No one else had any, NAPA ordered a 2kw from Charlotte and it didn't arrive and they searched and found a 3kw inverter in the back hidden. Sold it to me for cost.
Handles 2 fridges, a deep freezer, light and phone chargers and it's only using 13% of the inveryet capacity.. yay
Saves my food and now we have ice.”

He was able to locate the exact item I was after, and within 1 business day it was available and ready for pickup. It was exactly what I needed and fixed the issue I had with my vehicle.
Bo did a great job at keeping me updated on where the part was, ETA, pricing, and even gave me heads up about its arrival so I could plan my day accordingly.
