“I personally love this place, the staff has treated me with nothing but respect and has helped me with any maintenance issues and neighbor behavioral problems. My only complaint is that neighbors don’t know how to pick up after themselves and their dogs (even after the poop disposal was emptied). Some of the neighbors also have aggression for no good reason. I believe the price to live here is fair. Up north it’d be an extra $1000 for most of these bed room types, for way worse quality.”

“My children and I went to tour the homes in cottages on elm and by far this was the most pleasant tour during our hunt. The community was so clean and looks to be taken care of all around by staff and the tenants. It felt so safe. The office staff was phenomenal, I haven’t met such warm and inviting people since I’ve moved to North Carolina .. all in all the environment and experience was just a pleasure.”

The grounds are gorgeous, apartments are HUGE!!! They keep the staircases immaculate and the gates are always in working order. I will be here for some months and I'm happy to call this home.”

“My amazing experience started here with my tour of Kingsley Townhomes when I met Ever the property manager. She was very welcoming and kind and had the perfect answer to every question I am. I had some credit challenges going into the tour and she never made me feel like my personal situation would lead to a denial. While waiting for my application to come back I stopped in to the sister property Crystal Lake to speak to Ever about applying for one of there instead because it provided more of what I needed to accommodate my family, and she immediately smiled and told me she had the perfect apartment for me sitting right on the lake and that she would start getting it ready for me. Each time, I pulled up to follow up on the apartment if Ever was ever unavailable, Donnie with maintenance was always present and ready to answer any questions I had. He even knew the status of my specific apartment and was able to tell me the specific day it was available so I could plan accordingly. After showing back up on the day that Donnie told me the apartment was ready…I walked in the office and was greeted by Ever with a smile and account details and paperwork ready to sign to sign my lease. It was the smoothest transaction. Within fifteen minutes everything was finalized and I was out the door with keys to my new home. I am almost two months in and I could not be happier. Ever goes ABOVE and beyond for tenants. I have seen her interact with so many people and she always has the brightest most beautiful smile on her face. I would recommend her amazing customer to anyone who is looking for their new home. Stop by Crystal Lake apartments. You’ll be so glad you did!”

“Former resident of 16 months, I lived in building 3307 and 3471.
I enjoyed the beginning of our stay here but even as we were moving out so much was changing. They had a resident brunch and a couple food trucks the first week we moved in then those never happened again.
The apartments themselves look nice until you notice all the dirt, hair, scuffs, and damage, they paint over.The vinyl is cheap, carpet is cheap, cabinets also have a cheap vinyl on them and all of these things are impossible to clean because they are cheap.
In the leasing office Shelby is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy BUT the gentleman that replaced Aaliyah at the front desk is lazy, unprofessional, and creepy. I got a new phone and went to ask for new Paxton key access, the guy asked for my email, wrote it down LOL and did nothing else.. I didn't have access to amenities for a week. I had to call and ask him to be let in the pet spa..
The towing company they use is predatory but at the same time everyone should take responsibility, go to the DMV and take care of your things. We had a flat and an almost expired tag, communicated that to Shelby and she was extremely helpful about it. Park normally, pay if you're visiting, communicate with staff and you will have zero issues.
I bonded to this place so much because it was my husband's and mine first home in Fayetteville, we adopted our first dog & second dog here. Infact I really miss it a lot already. It was a beautiful apartment complex when we first moved in, but this review is already outdated.”
