“Rented a standard SUV. Finally found a car rental that is professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. Everything went well with my experience and will definitely rent from them again. Car was in great shape, no smoke smells or pet smells. However, in the back trunk/storage area, there was pet short hair put fortunately not the smell. Also the cleaning person also missed the spilled coffee spilled under the cup holders up front. Overall I was extremely satisfied.”
