“We had another WiFi. I went to store to get another line for phone. I always ask if they have WiFi and to my surprise they did. I ordered the new system and it is great, easy to install, faster and the staff was so helpful. She offered me assistance before I left the store. She was so great and really helpful setting it up with me at home. I have always had good service at this AT&T store. Thanks again.”

So i rebooted the phone in recovery mode to factory reset. Only to trigger Samsung FRP (Factory Reset Protection) If you know, you know. Found these Techs online and they were able to unlock my Flip 5 and get around the Samsung FRP. Coustmer for life. Any electronic needs I'm going to Quack Quack. “Josiah was a one man show. With numerous customers in the store, most employees retreated to the back room, to include the one that greeted us. However, Josiah bounced around to everyone and greeted new customers as they entered the store. We appreciate him after being abandoned by our original greeter.
