“I come here to get my special needs dog his food. (He's one of 4 dogs at our house) He has a spine defect and special diet. We tried just about everything we could think of from regular pet stores or big box stores. After getting him tested, we discovered his body can only handle certain proteins. Thus leading us to NU. We explained the situati, n and the staff recommended one of their limited ingredient kibbles that contained white fish . This did well on its own, as his stool began to solidify. But, he was still having some looser moments. Again, we went back to NU and they suggested adding another protien to his diet, Kangaroo. This has done wonders for him and us. He no longer has loose stools, while we no longer have to put on our hazmat suits. His diet is expensive, but well worth it.”

“We love Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming. Before going to Woof Gang, my dog was so fearful of getting his haircut. However, Jesse and the staff have won him over. They treat him with love and kindness. He comes in looking like a hot mess and leaves spiffy and handsome. Everyone at Woof Gang is friendly and helpful. Jesse (my dog’s groomer) is the nicest groomer you will ever meet. So glad I have somewhere to take my dog without fear of him having an anxiety attack.”
“Fast, efficient and friendly! Luna and I were a walk in for nail trim and only took 5 min. It took longer to enter vet records than to do her nails!! I will use them going forward!”
“I was in heaven to discover this place as someone who is into exotics and freshwater fish. They keep many of my favorite species of fish in stock, even when they are impossible to find in big box stores. They seem to really care about animals and are easy to work with and down to earth if you have any problems or questions. I love to pop in whenever I am in the area to see what is in stock.”

“It was late and I ordered online, I went to my usual PetSmart and realized I ordered from PetSmart on Ramsey Street. I called to make sure my order was ready because I didn't receive an email. The girl was nice that answered the phone. She stated my order will be ready when I get there. The same lady that I spoke with brought my dog's food to the car. My first experience with this PetSmart so for being courteous and helpful I must give 5 stars. Thanks!”
“I wrote a review 4 years ago praising this place and to this day they still have my praises. I went to Petco 2 months ago to set up a fish tank and I would have to say I've been back at least 20 times between buying more supplies, having them check my water, asking questions, and even adding new tanks. Every single time I've come in they do not hesitate to help assist me. I would like to shout out to the employees who have gone above and beyond no matter how many times they have dealt with me. Jewell, Tyese, Jerry, Destiny, and Tavares thank you for caring for your customers and especially the animals. I have never been to a store that has employees who care about their animals and customers like Petco has. If you look at my photos you'll see everything is clean from the aisles stacked so nicely and neatly to the tanks and enclosures cared for. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it. Great job Petco at having amazing workers and keeping them trained in animal care.”
“Looked online first at Amazon, Petsmart, and Petco to option- and price-compare. Petco allowed us to pickup same day and price matches, so well worth it. Once in the store, I had no idea where the product was and Corey walked me to it rather than, as some store clerks do, just pointing out an aisle or location. We then discussed the product options and he informed me of their generous return policy. Then the cashier was equally friendly and professional. Petco is definitely about pets and their owners! Cheers to you!”
“I go to PetSmart for my dog's grooming and food. Olivia treats my dog with special care Olivia has been grooming my dog since she was a pup. I love the special attention my dog gets. When I get my dog food, I'm usually in and out. I also use the curbside pickup and that is fast as well. Oh I love the points I receive that can be redeemed on grooming and any items I buy.”
