“I love this gym! It’s the most well-run, clean, and organized gym I’ve ever been to. Everything is immaculate, the staff knows you by name, and the equipment is always in great condition. It’s a tight fit, but the layout is just perfect enough to get nearly every machine you could want in there. They have a big variety of equipment and people move through the machines pretty fast, so there’s not much waiting. All around excellent gym!”

“I started doing one-on-one sessions with Kayla over a year ago because I was frustrated with the lack of results I was getting from the other types of workouts I had been doing. It’s been a year plus of private sessions and the results have been fantastic - increased muscle tone, strength, and body confidence. Additionally, Kayla tailors my workouts to my specific needs and injuries. My schedule is very busy but Kayla is extremely flexible and makes every effort to accommodate me, even on short notice. The trainers and staff are amazing here and make you feel comfortable and confident in the workouts you’re doing! The floating floor has also been INCREDIBLE for my knee pain. 10/10, amazing place to workout!”

“If you want a challenge this is a good operation! I had surgery 6 weeks ago and they have been with me as I recovered. I am getting stronger and being pushed appropriately. Easy parking for recent surgical patients. Systematically pushing my level of exercise. With an understanding of the ultimate goals for my knee and it's normal range of motion.”

“I’m so thankful I joined Burn Boot Camp in October of 2021! The trainers are challenging, encouraging, and remember your name from the first camp you attend. They remember any injuries/modifications you need and make sure to follow up as the weeks progress. I safely trained throughout my second pregnancy at Burn, and Josh and his team were STELLAR at checking in with me and providing modifications. My postpartum recovery was so much easier this time around thanks to Burn. Child watch is fantastic and my kids love it. You will not regret joining this awesome community!”

“I loveeeee f45 and all the trainers at Indian trail! After weight loss surgery I was lost trying to stick to a gym routine but thank God I decided to try it out and is the best decision ever!! What I love the most is the fact that when I am there it feels like therapy, you don’t have to plan a workout since is already made for you and you just have to go with the flow. I am stronger and have better mobility to play around with my 2 year old son. I totally recommend F45. I started going weighting 192 and as of today I am on 163. (I started in February) I would give it 10 stars if I could.”

“I joined 'The Empire' about 18 months ago. My only regret is why not sooner. I friggin love this place. Well equipped for strength athletes, great atmosphere and great people (most of them)... lol! Everyone is approachable if you have questions or need assistance. The best part, it's not a box gym, people work in here. Justin is a cool guy and easy going.If you want to get strong, whether in powerlifting, strongman or a specific sport, this is the place.”

“I have been to over 20 CrossFit gyms and CrossFit atp is definitely a favorite of mine. They did a great job making me feel like one of the gang and I received very helpful notes and tips from the coaches during the workout. It’s always nice to know they are actually paying attention and passionate about what they do. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for some intense workouts!”

“Great gym and better atmosphere!! I'm a 49 year old and had gotten up to 240 lbs. I signed up for Enterprise's biggest loser program and am so glad that I did. My only regret is that I didn't do it 15 years earlier. Working with John has been great! He gives you a personalized program that is tailored for you and very easy to follow! After 5+ years of my weight yo-yoing between 215 and 240 lbs, John showed me a much better way. I wish I had known 25 years ago what the folks at Enterprise have taught me. After 12 weeks in the program, I'm down 38 lbs and still going! More importantly, it is easy to follow and sustain. I definitely recommend giving this gym a chance, it could be the best thing you do for yourself.”
