“Prices are high on a lot of their things, but reasonable on others. The main thing is, they are closer than most other hardware stores, and they may have things main/others do not.”

“I had a delivery today and Bryce was wonderful to work with. He explained to me how to get around the building and line up so that he could get me unloaded. It’s a tight fight to fit a 53ft trailer around the corners but he made it easy and moved quickly to get me in and out in a timely manner! Shout out Bryce”

“As a contractor in the Charlotte metro area. This supplier is by far the best. Their customer service is 2nd to NO other supplier in the area!! From the time you walk into the place the store layout is spacious, parts aren’t stacked on top of each other, the staff there is great to deal with. Very personable people and if you are in a hurry they understand that and can get you in and out in a jiffy as well. Store manager is a great guy to deal with as well. They will open up at times they are normally closed if needed!! Most places charge extra just to do that. They have the techs in mind when they are at work, I can go on and on about this place. The pricing is reasonable for the amount of work we do out of this store as well. I have been dealing with this place for about 4 years or so and have nothing but great things to say. Even if there is a mistake on the order, they are willing to do whatever they can to make it right ASAP!!”

“I love that they carry what others don't.I didn't at all like that the man checking me out was cussing. No one seemed to notice...that bothered me even more.”

“The customer service was amazing! I went to 4 other stores trying to find a specific breaker and they took the time to find it and order it for me. It was even delivered to my house the very next day! Everyone that works there is just awesome!”

“I called looking to rent a truck for my move next week. I was referred to Penske as they are partnered with Home Depot for truck rentals. I spoke with Brody at Penske and he was knowledgeable, kind and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me and also took the nightmare out of renting a truck during this whole moving process. The rates are very reasonable as well! If you're moving and need quick, professional and great service, you'll want to rent from Home Depot/Penske truck rentals!”

“I was waited on by the nicest kindest person I've met since I moved to North Carolina. His name was John and I believe he was the store manager. Thank you for all your help today. Your kindness has made a permanent customer at your store. I will definitely recommend your store to all my friends. Thanks again.”

“After placing an online order for a friends birthday, we were originally supposed to receive our item from a different store. I was called and informed a forklift damaged the item and my order was cancelled. After frantically trying to find another replacement, Angie the store manager for this location was generous enough to not only match the original price but deliver the item for free, 2 major workarounds that she didn’t have to! Very much appreciate the customer service and support!”

“A big thank you to Franco who helped me find a heavy duty garage door slide bolt lock a couple of weeks ago! Two other employees suggested I try looking at a different store. One suggested Northern Hydraulics. But not Franco! He looked it up online and then personally walked me accross the store to find the exact item I needed, there on the shelf. He then suggested I check out in the back with Micheal, who was more than happy to help me with several larger items that would have been difficult for me to maneuver at the front self check out kiosks. This store is fortunate to have Franco and Micheal working there!”

“Lowes has stepped up its tool game. All around improvement over the last couple of years. If they could just get Milwaukee tools on the shelf I don't think I'd have a reason to make the longer trip to H.D.”

“Lowes is the place for us true hard working professionals. Lowe's ? improvement is as determined as I am to bring professionalism. Lowe's has always been my first choice. Done right, in stock, on time, every time.”

“Great store, great service, but be careful: lots of customers put things in the wrong bins & you could walk out with the wrong size/thing if you’re not careful.”

“I am only giving 5 stars because of this wonderful lady named Jodie. During these chaotic times with today’s upcoming snow storm many workers seem understandably overwhelmed. Jodie on the other hand exhibited the best form of customer service I have ever received. She introduced herself and told us good morning without being asked. She noticed we had a space heater and asked if there were more left. We replied yes and she told us she just wanted to know in case other customers would want to know. Then I asked her where the flashlights were located and she gave me clear instructions. Unfortunately we weren’t able to find what we were looking for in the flash light section. 5 minutes later Jodie came and found us and offered us a better option for a flash light because she noticed we had a baby with us. We were able to get the LED lights she suggested. Jodie demonstrated what community really is during uncertain times. Her small act of kindness has changed my attitude for the whole day!”
