“They are kind and your pet is their concern they treat the pet with love and affection they are seriously good at their job from the front counter to the doctors all the employees are awesome at their job .My pets was happy even though they were sick or getting vaccinated the staff was treating them as if they were their own pets My parents dog missy was old and when my.parent passed away i took her in and when she started having problems i took her to my vet they checked her out thoroughly and said it was her heart she was old and she wouldn't made it through a surgery so they were so kind helping me to let her go it broke my heart but with their support i let her go in peace with me by her side. Thats why i convinced this is tge best veterinary in gaston county ive been to other around gaston county this was the 1 best vet in town .thank you lineberger hospital family.”

“The veterinarian here is amazing. I’m a new cavalier King Charles spaniel owner and I had to go here in an emergency one day and she took my sweet Skylar into emergency surgery right away I have been here again twice which was to get rid of an ear infection and then back for vaccination. They are so sweet here and are very nice, knowledgeable and their prices are lower than any other place I’ve been to. We will not take our Skylar anywhere else.”

“I found a kitten at the side of the road this morning down the road from my house. It was going to die. I believe it had got hit by a car. It couldn’t have been the eight or nine weeks old. She was so beautiful but so pitiful, my heart just went out to her. I was crying so bad because God‘s little creature was hurt so horribly But me and my daughter and her boyfriend ended up taking the kitten to Lincoln animal Hospital, Dr. Luke, the nurse Amber and the receptionist Karla were absolutely phenomenal. They all went above and beyond for this poor little fur baby, even though she lost her battle and she’s flying high with the rest of the angels in heaven she was so very well taken care of at Lincoln animal hospital with such care and compassion by these three individuals that even if the rest of his life was hard and tough, I know in my heart that these three people gave her Something to know how to love before she went to heaven, and I just have to say I appreciate every each one of you I know in my heart I couldn’t do the job that you do, but I respect and commend you for doing it. I know it can’t be easy. God will bless you every single day and give you all the good things that you deserved for the open heart that you have for all the babies that you take care of, and I will always hold a special place in my heart and mind for you and your facility. “Dr.Gayle took care of my golden today. She was having issues with her ears and some stiffness in her legs. We were able to get a same day appointment and Dr. Gayle was exceptional with our girl. She was kind and patient and gave her a thorough examination. She was able to give us meds to take care of her issues and even sent an email to follow up on precise instructions, our girl loves her and so do we!??”

“Thankfully we don’t have to visit often, but we always have had a great experience when we do. We had a bit of an urgent situation that they were able to get us in for. I was comfortable with Dr. Wes knowing he listened to my concerns and was able to rule some things out, while also making sure my dog was physically comfortable throughout her exam and tests. I’m not sure of the front desk associate and vet tech names that I interacted with, but they were just as pleasant. Dr. Wes even called later in the week to follow up on how she was doing. Those small things mean a lot to pet owners. Thank you all, again!”
“We can not explain how wonderful the staff was with us, during a very difficult time. Our sweet Bridget was not doing well and had reached the end of her journey. I didn't want to take her to her regular vet because they were to far away. I didn't want to stress her anymore than needed. I call Ironton Animal Hospital, they made appointment quickly. They were so considerate and didn't hesitate to help us. They didn't try to up sells or charge a outrageous amount. The compassion they showed us will never be forgotten. I just want to say thank you for everything you did for our sweet girl.

What I appreciate most is how committed they are to figuring things out when something isn’t right. They truly take the time to get to the bottom of it. On two different occasions, they even fit us in right away when we were worried, which meant everything in the moment.

“I have never been an “ animal person “. Never. I married into it. Upon doing so, I grew fond of my wife’s 3 cats. Today, Jack, had to be put down and it hit me harder than I had anticipated. I have to say, I have never experienced such compassion, such care, such understanding as was demonstrated by the staff. Imagine, a 6’2” grown man on the verge of tears. There was never a moment in this experience where I felt judged, looked down on, or dismissed. As big as I am, the women working there, are giants compared to me. “Dr pearman is the best vet ! I recommend her 100 out of 10! However the business itself lost my respect when they stopped approving prescriptions for chewy and petsmart pharmacy directly and started requiring us to mail in prescriptions which can take up to a month to get meds , simply because they want to push us to the practices online pharmacy or in vet pharmacy which is often twice the cost ! We have done this for years and suddenly they refuse to do it ! If not for our amazing vet and my trust in her i would have left to a new practice when they started that!”

The girl who worked the front desk had the most soft, humble voice which gave us such peace and the vet who performed, he was so nice and petted our girl during and they all treated her with so much love.
