“I found a kitten at the side of the road this morning down the road from my house. It was going to die. I believe it had got hit by a car. It couldn’t have been the eight or nine weeks old. She was so beautiful but so pitiful, my heart just went out to her. I was crying so bad because God‘s little creature was hurt so horribly But me and my daughter and her boyfriend ended up taking the kitten to Lincoln animal Hospital, Dr. Luke, the nurse Amber and the receptionist Karla were absolutely phenomenal. They all went above and beyond for this poor little fur baby, even though she lost her battle and she’s flying high with the rest of the angels in heaven she was so very well taken care of at Lincoln animal hospital with such care and compassion by these three individuals that even if the rest of his life was hard and tough, I know in my heart that these three people gave her Something to know how to love before she went to heaven, and I just have to say I appreciate every each one of you I know in my heart I couldn’t do the job that you do, but I respect and commend you for doing it. I know it can’t be easy. God will bless you every single day and give you all the good things that you deserved for the open heart that you have for all the babies that you take care of, and I will always hold a special place in my heart and mind for you and your facility. “Dr.Gayle took care of my golden today. She was having issues with her ears and some stiffness in her legs. We were able to get a same day appointment and Dr. Gayle was exceptional with our girl. She was kind and patient and gave her a thorough examination. She was able to give us meds to take care of her issues and even sent an email to follow up on precise instructions, our girl loves her and so do we!??”

“We can not explain how wonderful the staff was with us, during a very difficult time. Our sweet Bridget was not doing well and had reached the end of her journey. I didn't want to take her to her regular vet because they were to far away. I didn't want to stress her anymore than needed. I call Ironton Animal Hospital, they made appointment quickly. They were so considerate and didn't hesitate to help us. They didn't try to up sells or charge a outrageous amount. The compassion they showed us will never be forgotten. “We have been going to South Point Pet Hospital for a little over a year. Dr. Sarah Taylor was genuinely very kind and compassionate. She did an assessment of our senior dog a few months ago and prepared us for the inevitable (our pooch had a lot of pain from arteritis). I will also say that the entire staff were very caring (especially Gerry, the receptionist). We recently had to let our furry family member go a few weeks ago and we recently received a card (with our pooch's paw, nose, and ear prints) from the entire staff. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.”

“Dr. Lanier is an angel, her staff is very comforting during hard times. My wife and Is dog got very sick and after a week of trying to get him better at home due to high vet cost we took him to cross roads for answers. We were seen right on time of appointment and the staff were very understanding and caring about our concerns, we elected for euthanasia, after high signs towards potential cancer in the guts and a positive heart worm diagnosis and poor quality of life in a quick timeframe, the testing was extremely quick and affordable, we were seen later that day when my wife could be there and he was put to rest in a very humane and respectful manner. Dr.Lanier especially showed compassion and understanding to our situation. If anyone is struggling watching there dog not being able to live life to the fullest I highly recommend crossroads for the affordable and quick booking of appointments. Staff also gave my wife and I glass jars with his fur as a keepsake, they are too kind to do such difficult work.”

“Our dog was bitten by another dog at the Zoomies Adventure Kennel in Dallas, North Carolina. We did not know that it was a bite until three days after we picked her up. By the time we got her to Dr. Pearman, the bites had abscessed. In the beginning, we were not sure if she would be able to save our dog’s leg because the infection had spread so far. Dr. Pearman had to remove large sections of skin and clean the wounds which left two huge places on our dog’s leg. With the excellent care of Dr. Pearman, both wounds healed and her leg was saved. We are so thankful to Dr. Pearman and her staff.”

The girl who worked the front desk had the most soft, humble voice which gave us such peace and the vet who performed, he was so nice and petted our girl during and they all treated her with so much love.
